Hericium Mushroom Rice Topped

Wash and soak the Hericium erinaceus with cold water, changing the water in due course.

Wash the rice and soak for a while and put it into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Put the inner pot of the rice cooker into the rice cooker, add a proper amount of water and cover the lid to cook.

Put the soaked Hericium erinaceus into a boiling pot and boil, cook for 10 minutes, remove it and wash with cold water. Change the water in the pot, and boil the Hericium erinaceus in the pot again.

After 15 minutes, put the peas into the pot and cook.

Boil until the peas are cooked, add salt, sugar and light soy sauce.

Boil the pot again, pour in water starch, sprinkle with wolfberry after boiling, turn off the heat and set aside.

Put the rice on the plate.
