High Bamboo Shoots and Shredded Pork

Remove the fat from the front of the pig and cut into filaments. Put the meat before using it, with a little fat on it. It tastes better. Add cooking wine and a little salt. A little bit of water, starch rapeseed oil, marinate evenly for 15 minutes

Wash high bamboo shoots

Rub high bamboo shoots and green peppers into thin filaments and set aside.

Cut ginger into fine slices. Cut the rest into chopped green onions and set aside

With a little bit of blending oil, stir-fry the high bamboo shoots and green peppers. Note that if you don’t stir-fry it too softly, then start the pan and set aside

Put a little more oil in the pot. After the oil is hot in the hot pan, pour in the ginger and green onion. Saute

Pour in the marinated shredded pork and stir fry quickly.

Pour in the right amount of light soy sauce and oyster sauce. It is not recommended to add other seasonings. Other seasonings will cover the fragrance of high bamboo shoots.

Pour the green peppers and high bamboo shoots and stir-fry for one minute.
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and start the pot. A fragrant shredded pork with high bamboo shoots is ready.
