High Rise Chicken Wings

Main ingredients: chicken wings, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, chives, ginger slices

Wash the chicken wings and put two knives on the back of the chicken wings to facilitate the taste of the chicken wings.

Boil chicken wings in a pot under cold water.

Remove the blanched chicken wings to control the moisture.
