Hoisin Sauce Noodles

Blanch the fresh scallops in hot water for not long, then peel the scallops out and rinse them with water, blanch the mushrooms in water, put the soybean paste in a bowl, and prepare the green onions, ginger and garlic;

Cut the blanched shiitake mushrooms into small cubes;

Chop the shallots, ginger and garlic;

Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the wok;

Put the diced mushrooms in the pot and stir fry a few times;

Put the scallop meat in the pot;

Stir fry for a while;

Put the soybean paste in the pot;
9.
Stir-fry the soybean paste and other ingredients well;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put the noodles in the pot to boil after the water boils;

After the noodles are cooked, remove them and put them in a noodle bowl;

Put an appropriate amount of sea shrimp paste into a bowl, then add some coriander, and mix well when eating;
Tips:
1. Blanching fresh scallops with hot water makes it easier to take out the scallop meat;
2. Adjust the amount of soybean paste according to your own taste. Noodles are better to use sliced noodles, or dried noodles, but they are not as good as sliced noodles.
