I saw abalone in the supermarket today and bought a few. However, many recipes have been referred to with complicated craftsmanship. So I created this homemade abalone with simple materials and simple craftsmanship.

Ingredients

Home-cooked Abalone

1. Scrub the abalone, remove the shell and internal organs.

2. Hit the shelled abalone with a cross knife.

3. Add salt huadiao wine and marinate for about 15 minutes.

4. Chop the garlic.

5. Add a little oil to the pot, add minced garlic until fragrant, add the abalone.

6. Fry for about 1 minute and add soy sauce. Simmer for about five minutes and stir fry for a while.

7. After stir-frying, let it simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes before it is ready to be out of the pot.
