Home-cooked Abalone

Scrub the abalone, remove the shell and internal organs.

Hit the shelled abalone with a cross knife.

Add salt huadiao wine and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Chop the garlic.

Add a little oil to the pot, add minced garlic until fragrant, add the abalone.

Fry for about 1 minute and add soy sauce. Simmer for about five minutes and stir fry for a while.
7.
After stir-frying, let it simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes before it is ready to be out of the pot.
