My family has fallen in love with noodles these days, and only the family likes them. I always try various methods tirelessly. This time I tried the Shanxi homemade smashed noodles. There are many kinds of noodles in Shanxi. I chose the homemade smashed noodles. There are many kinds of vegetables in the smoky noodles, and I also used the broth boiled with pork belly. It tastes so good. This [home-made smoky noodles] has increased the family’s preference for noodles. .

Home-cooked Noodles

1. Soak seaweed silk and fungus in advance, usually for more than 4 hours

2. Wash the soaked seaweed shreds and fungus off the mud and shred them

3. Dice pork belly with water

Tips:

1 Various vegetables for making simmered seeds can be added according to the season and preference
2 My family is used to eating noodles and put a small spoonful of noodle vinegar. I prefer more vegetables and less meat. The amount of various ingredients can be added or less according to preference.
