You may see that I didn't add any seasonings such as green onion, ginger, etc. It is because I put a lot of seasonings when I cook the chicken soup, so it's easy to cook with the old soup. You can use any old soup, if there is no old soup, you can use water directly.

Soak the rice noodles in advance and put them in the pot.

Season with salt, light soy sauce, vinegar and oyster sauce. Note that because the red oil bean paste and bean paste are very salty, the salt should be less.
