Home-cooked Stewed Goose

Clean the goose and stew into chunks.

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic.
3.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.

Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fragrant.

Add the goose pieces and stir fry.

Stir-fry until it changes color.

Add potatoes and cabbage.

Put in the soy sauce, white sugar, pepper powder and star anise, add boiling water to soak the ingredients, stir-fry the seasoning evenly, and cover the pot.

After the high heat is brought to a boil, change the heat to a low heat and simmer until the goose is cooked thoroughly, then add coriander and chopped green onion.

Just serve it out.
Tips:
You can also add eggplant tofu vermicelli, etc. They are especially delicious. My pot is too small to hold so many.
