If you have a bad appetite in summer, let’s have a simple stir-fry, let alone a good meal!

1. Ingredients: free-range eggs, tenderloin, red pepper, green pepper, cucumber, chives, ginger.

2. Fill the tenderloin slices with 1 tablespoon of starch, 3 tablespoons of water, and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Slice all the ingredients, mince the green onion and ginger.

4. Fried egg, sauce bowl (light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, salt)

5. Heat up the wok and put the oil in the pan to taste.

6. Add meat slices and stir fry to change color.

7. Pour in half of the sauce, stir-fry until it tastes, and set aside.

8. Pour all the vegetables into the pot and stir-fry on high heat.

9. Pour in the egg cubes, pour in the remaining sauce and stir-fry evenly.

10. Pour in the meat slices and stir-fry on high heat.

11. Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
