Cut the vegetarian chicken into small pieces with a knife and put them on a plate for later use.

Remove the stems and seeds of the hot peppers, wash them, and cut them into small slices. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into small slices. Cut the green onion and ginger into small pieces and put them on a plate for later use.

Heat oil in a hot pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger, add the sliced pepper and stir fry evenly.

Pour the cut cucumber slices into the pot.

After stir-frying evenly, pour in the vegetarian chicken slices.
