The beef is sliced against the grain, and marinated for half an hour with ginger, light soy sauce, cornstarch, cooking wine, and pepper for half an hour. Wash and cut the green garlic sprouts, peel and slice the carrots for later use.

Pour water in the wok, bring to a boil, pour in the green garlic sprouts, add a little salt to the carrots, cook, and then filter it with clean water.

Heat in a frying pan until it is ripe, add corn oil, and stir-fry the beef for one minute.
