Home-style Fried Rice Noodles

Henan rice noodles bought online. Soak for about half an hour in advance.

Pour the oil in the hot pan of the wok, fry the eggs and remove them. Heat up the oil and add the chopped green onion to fry until fragrant. Add the prepared vegetables and stir fry, then add eggs, stir fry, and add light soy sauce. If you like dark colors, you can use soy sauce, and if you like the taste, you can use chicken essence. Add rice noodles after stir-frying. Stir fry for two minutes, turn off the heat and add the garlic sprouts and parsley.

If you like to eat spicy food, put some millet spicy when you put chopped green onion. My kids don’t eat spicy food. I put chili oil in my portion when I get out of the pan.
