Home-style Stir-fry: Stir-fried Shredded Carrot with Bean Curd

Prepare the required ingredients

Wash carrots, green peppers, bean skins and other ingredients, shred and set aside, wash and cut chives

Turn on the gas stove. When the pot is hot, pour in the cooking oil, then add the carrot shreds and stir fry slowly

When the carrot shreds are fry until they are slightly discolored, add the tofu skin and green pepper and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
