Tomatoes, green peppers, carrots, green onions.

Slice the green peppers and carrots.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion, add carrot slices, and fry on low heat until broken.

Add green pepper slices and stir well.

Add a little water and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add the tomato chunks.
