The pork is cut into long strips.

Spread the meat evenly with salt and marinate for two hours.

Then coat with pepper and soy sauce and spread evenly. Not spicy bacon.
4.
Coat with fine chili powder, which is spicy. I did two, half each.
5.
Smeared bacon.
6.
Hang in a ventilated place to air dry.
