Homemade Bacon

The main ingredient is pork belly, no need to wash

Spread the pork evenly with salt, 1 tablespoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder.

Flatten the star anise and dried shallots and chop finely.

Take a large bowl, add chopped green onions and star anise, add white wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger slices, salt, and the remaining five-spice powder and pepper, mix well.

Put the pork in, grab evenly with your hands, and marinate for two days. (When marinating for 1 day, take it out and grab it with your hands, then put it back into marinating for 1 day)

The marinated meat is taken out and threaded with string.

Hang it on the balcony and let it dry naturally until the body is dry.

Tips:
You can buy more pork at a time, just add a little marinade. If you want to eat saltier, you can add more soy sauce and salt to taste.
