Homemade Beef Jerky

Wash the purchased meat and put it in the water to soak the bleeding water.

Use a slicer to cut the washed meat into slices (thickness according to your preference), put the seasoning into the meat slices, stir evenly, and marinate for two hours.

Put the marinated meat in a pot and steam it, then spread the meat flat on an air-drying machine, and dry it for about six hours to make crispy beef jerky~ The taste is not ordinary!
Tips:
Seasonings can be added according to your liking. I forgot to take the details when making beef jerky, so I must remember to take the details next time!
