In the second month of the lunar calendar, the custom daughter in our hometown wanted to give her mother’s fish. On Sunday, I bought 2 carp and gave it to my mother. Let’s make a homemade version of braised carp at noon!

Homemade Braised Carp

1. Cut ginger into small pieces

2. Cut scallions diagonally

3. Tofu diced

4. Remove the scales, gills, and internal organs of carp and clean it

5. Take out the fishing line on both sides of the fish body, otherwise it will be very fishy

6. Fish chopped into pieces

7. Cook oil and sauté the minced ginger

8. Add chopped green onion

9. Add the fish cubes and fry it, turn it over after setting

10. Add cooking wine, brown sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce

11. Add water, no fish

12. Add tofu, add salt, and simmer for a while

13. Put in the shallots to remove the fishy smell and increase the fragrance

14. The soup is almost ready

15. Serve out and sprinkle with chopped green onion to decorate

16. Put the coriander on it, the heat enhances the aroma of coriander, it's too fragrant

Tips:

The black film inside the fish must be cleaned, and the fishing line must be taken out, otherwise it will be very fishy. The coriander must be put, the finishing touch.
