Homemade Braised Pork and Egg

Cut the pork belly into small cubes, boil the quail eggs, and cut other ingredients for later use.

The pork belly is blanched in a pot under cold water.

The blanched braised pork can also increase the texture of the meat by passing it in cold water twice to remove the foam.

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot to heat up, add the onion, ginger, garlic and star anise rock sugar to the pot.
