Homemade Butterfly Noodles

White dough: 200 grams of flour, 90 grams of water, 1.5 grams of salt. Purple dough: 190 grams of flour, 10 grams of purple potato flour, 90 grams of water, 1.5 grams of salt. Green dough: 190 grams of flour, 10 grams of barley grass powder, and 90 grams of water , 1.5 grams of salt, respectively, knead the above ingredients into a uniform dough, wake up for 30 minutes.

Divide the white dough into two halves and roll them out into thick pieces.

Put it into the noodle machine and roll it several times, and finally roll it into a thinner noodle. If you don't have a noodle maker, just roll it out by hand.
