Homemade Butterfly Noodles

1. White dough: 200 grams of flour, 90 grams of water, 1.5 grams of salt. Purple dough: 190 grams of flour, 10 grams of purple potato flour, 90 grams of water, 1.5 grams of salt. Green dough: 190 grams of flour, 10 grams of barley grass powder, and 90 grams of water , 1.5 grams of salt, respectively, knead the above ingredients into a uniform dough, wake up for 30 minutes.

2. Divide the white dough into two halves and roll them out into thick pieces.
