Homemade Capers

After washing the beans, let them dry and put them in a non-oil and water-free container. Put a few cloves of garlic. I use a plastic bottle, because I heard that glass bottle pickles are easy to explode, I don’t know if it’s true.

Still use an oil-free container, boil a pot with rock sugar, salt and peppercorns boiling water

Let the water cool after boiling

Pour it into a bottle with beans

Put a few drops of liquor to prevent foaming. Then close the lid tightly and seal it.
Tips:
If you like more sour, you can add more salt, and be careful not to get oily.
