Homemade Carob Fried Rice with Minced Pork and Egg

Wash the beans, remove the tendons, and dice.
Cut minced meat, chopped green onion, egg with a little salt and stir well, fry into egg pieces

Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped green onion, add minced meat, a little cooking wine, and salt and stir well

Add diced beans and a pinch of salt, sauté over low heat until fully cooked

Add the rice, mash, stir-fry and add the eggs. Add a little salt and a little soy sauce before serving to taste and stir well
Tips:
1. Add salt several times, personal habit, please do it yourself.
2. I used beef, so I cut the minced meat. If it is pork or chicken, dicing is fine.
3. Beans are not easy to ripen and taste, so dicing it will be better. But also be aware that the ones that are not well cooked are toxic.
4. In the last step, add a little raw extract for color and flavor.
