Homemade Chicken Floss

Remove the fascia from the chicken breast and wash it

Cut into 2 cm wide strips, put in a boiling pot, add cooking wine, green onion, ginger slices and cook

After the water is boiled, skim off the foam, turn to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes

Put it in the bread machine and start the jam function

After 40 minutes, it will become velvety. Add corn oil, pepper, salt, light soy sauce and sugar

The jam function of my bread machine is 1 hour and 20 minutes. You don’t have to wait until the end of the program. This amount of pork floss can be used for one hour. The time is too long and the floss is too dry and not delicious.

Let the pork floss cool and keep tightly closed

Because homemade pork floss has no preservatives, please eat it as soon as possible. You can also add some cooked sesame seeds to make sesame pork floss, which is more nutritious!
