Homemade Chicken Floss (bread Machine Version)

Ready chicken breast

Chicken breasts are stripped and washed clean and cut into small pieces

Put water in the pot and pour the cut chicken pieces, add ginger, green onion knots, star anise and cooking wine to a boil

Remove the upper layer of scum, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 20 minutes

Pour out the cooked chicken pieces and rinse with boiling water to drain

Put it into a thick fresh-keeping bag and roll it with a rolling pin (too many times at a time can be rolled in batches)

Pour into the bread bucket and knead vigorously with the palm of your hand (this step is very important if you want to do a good job like kneading the cotton wool)

Pour all the spices into a bowl and mix well

Add a spoonful of the minced pork floss and stir well
10.
Start the toaster stir-fry mode and set the time 30 minutes to stir-fry
11.
Add another 30 minutes to see the color is satisfactory
