My husband grew up by the lake. People in humid places especially like spicy food. It is said to be good for joints. Our climate is dry and we rarely eat spicy food. After eating spicy spicy food, I get very angry. A pot of chili oil is enough for my husband to eat. For a while, the Sichuan chili noodles purchased online, the chili oil made is authentic and very flavorful.

Tips:

1. Do not add chili noodles to the oil at one time. If the oil is too hot, add it once and it will have a mushy taste, so add it three times. 2. The five-spice powder can not be put. 3. It is best to use a light oil such as sunflower seed and rapeseed oil.
