Homemade Chili Oil
1.
Pour the oil into the pot and boil it to 180-200 degrees Celsius. If you don’t have a thermometer, just watch the oil smoke a lot.
2.
Pour the boiled oil into a bowl without a drop of water and let cool for 2 minutes
3.
Pour one-third of the chili noodles and stir evenly with a spoon
4.
After a minute, pour in one third of the chili noodles and mix well
5.
Let cool for another minute, pour in the last chili noodles, mix well
6.
Add the five-spice powder and mix well
7.
Finally put in white sesame seeds
8.
After letting cool, put it in a sterile bottle and seal it for storage
Tips:
1. Do not add chili noodles to the oil at one time. If the oil is too hot, add it once and it will have a mushy taste, so add it three times. 2. The five-spice powder can not be put. 3. It is best to use a light oil such as sunflower seed and rapeseed oil.
