Homemade Chili Sauce
1.
Wash the purchased meat and chop it into minced meat, pour oil into the pan and fry the minced meat to dry the water
2.
Wait for the minced meat to change color
3.
The minced meat must be fried to dryness to smell the aroma
4.
All the color becomes darker, just pick up the 2 garlic heads that have been prepared and chop finely
5.
This is the chili powder I prepared, a bottle of light soy sauce
6.
Add garlic and fry until fragrant
7.
After the minced garlic changes color, pour the whole bottle of light soy sauce
8.
After the garlic froth changes color, pour the whole bottle of light soy sauce
9.
Continue to boil
10.
Remember to turn off the heat after boiling! At this time we are going to pour the prepared chili powder into the pot
11.
Mix well
12.
Continue to mix, remember to turn off the heat and then pour the chili powder
13.
Pour in the right amount of white sand sugar at this time, not too much! Otherwise it will be too sweet
14.
After being fully and well mixed, it's done by this time!
15.
Finished, put it in a dry and moisture-free bowl and let it cool, then you can fill it in a can!
Tips:
We don't need to use salt during the whole production process, because we poured a whole bottle of light soy sauce, so light soy sauce is salty enough! It will be very salty if you put salt in it! The minced meat must be fried dry, because it will keep for a long time, even if you don’t need to put it in the refrigerator, it won’t break easily! The amount of oil must be submerged in the froth! If there is too little oil, the chili sauce will be very dry, and the taste will not be so good!
