Homemade Cold Noodles

1. Mix a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of vinegar, a teaspoon of salt, a little soy sauce, and water into cold noodle soup and place it on ice in the refrigerator (the cold noodle soup should be more sweet and sour).
