Homemade Cold Noodles

Mix a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of vinegar, a teaspoon of salt, a little soy sauce, and water into cold noodle soup and place it on ice in the refrigerator (the cold noodle soup should be more sweet and sour).

Cut cucumber, ham, tomatoes, parsley, garlic and set aside.

Boil cold noodles, soak the noodles in water all morning before boiling them in a pot under water for about 3 minutes.

The cold noodles are cooked in cold water.

Put the cold noodles in a bowl, put the ingredients, and put a spoonful of chili oil.
6.
Pour in the cold noodle soup.
