Homemade Cold Noodles

I’m going to make cold noodle soup, so I boil the water in advance and let it warm, add sugar (according to the taste), half a spoon of salt, 1 spoon of chicken essence, a little sesame oil, light soy sauce (the soup becomes this color), fragrant Vinegar (according to taste), chili oil (in this case, put a little less). Stir it, be sure to use warm water, otherwise the seasoning won't melt. Finally add ice cubes.

Bring the water to a boil, put the soaked cold noodles in the pot for 2-3 minutes, remove them and rinse with cold water, and put them in cold water to avoid sticking.
