The first time I tried to make fermented bean curd, I used fermented bean curd koji powder. The effect was particularly good. A thick layer of white hair grew in a few days!

Homemade Fermented Bean Curd

1. Lao Tofu absorbs moisture on the surface

2. Cut into pieces and spread them in a steamer covered with gauze

3. Sprinkle fermented bean curd koji powder, cover and seal

4. Wait for white hair to grow

5. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and chili powder and shake well

6. Put it in a jar, seal it, sprinkle some wine on the surface, and eat it in about ten days
