Golden and crisp, layered hand cakes are my favorite

Homemade Finger Cake

1. Add boiling water to the flour and blanch the flour

2. Mix well with chopsticks to form gnocchi

3. Dip in cold water to make a synthetic dough for 30 minutes

4. Prepare the shortbread, chopped green onion and salt when preparing the noodles

5. Sliced ham, lettuce leaves, and sauce are ready (I used green onion partner bean paste + tomato sauce for the sauce. In short, you can use whatever sauce you like)

6. Sprinkle the dough with flour and knead it on the table. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each one into rectangular slices.

7. Sprinkle a little salt to taste

8. Rub the salt with your hands

9. Smear pastry

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onions

11. Folded in half

12. After folding in half

13. Roll it out again

14. Fold the dough in the shape of a folding fan

15. Coiled into a spiral

16. Made 3 in total

17. Roll into a pie

18. Heat a non-stick pan and pour some oil into it

19. Put in the rolled cakes and fry them over medium heat

20. Brush and fry on both sides until golden brown and take out

21. The cooked pie is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

22. Heat the sliced ham slightly

23. Brush the pie with a thin layer of sauce

24. Roll with lettuce and ham slices

Tips:

Shortbread is the paste ratio of flour and edible oil is 1:1
