Homemade Fried Biscuits

Cut the pie into short, moderate strips.

The eggs are beaten and spread out into egg skins.

Cut the egg skins, spring onions, carrots, and cabbage into strips, and chop the minced ginger and garlic.

Put oil in the pot to heat up, add ginger and minced garlic until fragrant, add green onions, carrots, and cabbage and stir fry.

Stir-fry until it's 80% cooked, add the biscuits and continue to fry, add pepper and soy sauce and stir well.

Finally, add egg skins and salt, stir-fry and take out.
Tips:
1. Don't have too much oil in the omelette wrapper, and fry on low heat.
2. There is no need for seasonings such as MSG if there are eggs in it.
