Homemade Fried Chicken

Cut the ginger and garlic into small pieces.

Tick off the chicken thighs and cut them into pieces. Try to get the chicken skin on each piece, so that it will be crisper when fried.

Put all the marinade in the chicken nuggets, and evenly taste the marinade.

Marinate for at least 1 hour, the longer it tastes, the better.

Beat an egg to make egg mixture.

Mix flour and ink powder at a ratio of 1:1.

Heat the pan and pour an appropriate amount of oil.

The marinated chicken is first wrapped in flour.

Put it in egg wash and wrap it.

After the oil is hot, the chicken is fried.

Turn it over and then fry it after it's fried.

Raise the pan after frying.

It's better with some tomato sauce.
Tips:
I used chicken thighs, but you can also use chicken breasts. In the process of frying, you can use chopsticks to break the chicken to see if it is cooked through.
