Homemade Fried Rice

I use freshly steamed rice.

Heat oil in the pot: add garlic and ham with shallots. Stir fry,

Put corn in order

After frying: Beat in the eggs. The rice can be added after breaking up.

Add the soy sauce to the rice and stir fry evenly.

Drop a small amount of pepper before starting the pan.

Sprinkle some coriander and sesame seeds. Ready to eat.
