Homemade Grilled Big Fish

Clean the fish and marinate it with cooking wine for half an hour.

Mince ginger and garlic, halve onion, diced Pixian watercress, coriander and chopped green onion. (There must be more garlic to be delicious)

Pour some oil in the pot and saute the ginger, garlic and onion Pixian Douban until fragrant. (You can add the hot pot fish bag to make it more fragrant)

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, add light soy sauce, pepper, chicken essence, green onion and parsley and simmer for 10 minutes.
