Homemade Home-made Spicy Red Soup Hot Pot

Prepare materials. Put (20 grams of green onions, 15 grams of ginger and garlic, 10 grams of five-spice powder, 100 grams of homemade basic pot bottom: see another article: Homemade basic hot pot bottom ingredients) into the container.

Put 80 grams of rapeseed oil in a pot and heat it to 60% heat, and pour it over the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Pour the remaining 200 grams of oil into the pot and add (50 grams of dried chili peppers, 25 grams of rattan peppers, 10 grams of star anise, 20 grams)

Tips:
If you think there are too many chili peppers at the bottom of the pot after cooking, you can cook them for another 10 minutes after serving to remove them.
