Homemade Jelly

Pea starch and purified water are set aside.

Pour the starch and a bottle of purified water into the pot and stir evenly, turn on a low heat, and continue to stir slowly.

Add other 3 bottles of purified water one after another and continue stirring in one direction.

Turn off the heat when the pot starts to bubble and becomes translucent.

If the pot can be put in the refrigerator, it is not necessary to separate it, otherwise it is hot and put in a suitable container, and let it cool at room temperature or put it in a basin of cold water.

Put the cold jelly in the refrigerator and let it solidify completely.

Add seasoning, if you like, you can also add chili and tempeh. Share the smooth and hygienic jelly with your family, yeah!
Tips:
Be sure to choose a thicker bottom pot, and keep stirring, otherwise it will easily stick to the pot. If you don’t want to do so much at one time, you can reduce it proportionally.
