Homemade Jelly

The ratio of starch to water is ~1:2

Mix the starch with water and stir well!

Let the boiling pot sit with water, about three bowls of water, and boil until it is about to boil!

Then pour in the starch water and stir while pouring in. Stir until it is mushy and immediately turn off the heat!

Then pour it into the crisper, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator!

Take out the jelly and pour it on the chopping board!

Then cut into strips!

Wash the cucumbers and shred them!

Then spread it on top of the jelly!

Garlic, light soy sauce, white vinegar, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, mix thoroughly and pour on the jelly, and finally pour the chili oil on top!
