Homemade Korean Seafood Scallion Pancakes

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cleaned seafood and set aside. juju uses small shrimps, sea mussels, you can add squid and other seafood

Scallions are about 7cm in length and cut into three halves

Beat an egg

Mix flour and water together, then sprinkle some salt

Put the shallots in the batter and dip the batter

Tips:
1. Be sure to low heat, the bottom of the cake will be burnt if the fire is high, but the top will not be cooked.
2. The shallots must be spread evenly on top of the batter so that it will bake quickly.
