Homemade Kung Pao Chicken

Cut chicken breast into small pieces, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt.

Appropriate amount of starch.

Grab well and set aside.

Put 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, and 2 spoons of water starch into the bowl and mix well.

Add the prepared scallions, garlic, ginger and set aside.
