Homemade Kung Pao Chicken

Cut chicken breast into small cubes, add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well, then add a little starch, cooking wine, white pepper and salt, and marinate for ten minutes;

Cucumber cut into small cubes; dried chili cut into sections; garlic sliced; green onion chopped; ginger sliced;

Add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine and a little starch to a small bowl and mix into juice for later use;

Roast the peanuts in the oven for 5 minutes, remove the skins, and fry them in a frying pan until fragrant and set aside for later use;

Heat the oil in the pan, add the pepper and fry the flavor and leave it out, add the diced chicken and fry until it turns white;

Add ginger slices, garlic slices, dried chilies and green onions and stir fry;
7.
Add the diced cucumber, pour in the sauce and stir well;
8.
Finally, add the fried peanuts and mix well.
