Grandparents are too old and have bad teeth and prefer to eat fat. Today I made a homemade meat, which is fat but not greasy and delicious 😂

Homemade Meat

1. First, cut a piece of pork belly into thick slices, put the onion and ginger cooking wine in a pot under cold water, remove the pig bleeding foam, and wash it clean 😉

2. Put a few rock sugars in a pot and boil the oil on a low fire. The cleaned meat is stirred and stir-fried evenly. Add green onions, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves and dried chilies.

3. Add water, add half a can of beer, add salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, cover and cook for half an hour
