Homemade No-added Pork Floss

Remove the fascia from the pork tenderloin, wash it, and cut into pieces about 3~5cm long, and then cut into thick slices along the muscle texture. (You can also ask the boss of the meat seller to help in this step)

Put cold water, green onion, ginger, and pork tenderloin in a pot, bring to a boil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Rinse with cold water.

Put the cleaned meat in a pressure cooker, add meat-free water and a few slices of ginger, put all the seasonings in, cook on high heat until it is airy and cook for 15 minutes (I am an old-fashioned open-fire pressure cooker), press the meat loosely . You can also use a rice cooker to cook until the chopsticks can easily be inserted into the meat.

After the meat is pressed, taste it. If it tastes slightly salty, you can remove it and drain it. If it feels weak, you can cook it again, drain the juice, and then remove it to let cool.

I specially bought a small washboard to rub the shredded pork. If there is no small washboard, put the meat in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin (wine bottle, cup, etc.) to loosen the shredded pork. Roll it out several times.

The shredded pork, the finer and looser the better.

Put the shredded pork in the bread machine, select the dough program + jam program (the pork floss program is definitely preferred if there is the pork floss program).

Fried pork floss. Once the mouth is good, it can be bottled and sealed.

My father-in-law and mother-in-law are getting older and have bad teeth. I will use the cooking machine to make a finer shot.
Tips:
1. The ingredients can be pork, chicken, beef and other meats.
2. The spoon in the text refers to a special measuring spoon, a large spoon is equal to a porcelain spoon for soup (the ingredients are flat with the spoon mouth when weighing), and a small spoon is equal to 1/3 of a large spoon.
3. If you have enough patience, after the step of rolling the meat, you can tear the shredded pork thinly with your hands, the thinner the better.
4. Because it is pure lean meat, put some lard, the taste will not be so woody, you can also use 50 grams of vegetable oil instead of lard.
5. If the baby eats, please reduce the seasoning, or even leave it alone, only use green onion and ginger to remove the smell.
6. If there is no bread machine, stir fry with low heat, but it is more tiring. You can fry for a while and let it air for a while, rub the shredded pork with your hands for a while, and repeat until it is completely dry.
7. Don't put too much meat floss in the cooking machine, beat it in small amounts and several times.
