Homemade Noodles

Knead the dough with flour and water, cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes

Roll out the awake dough with a rolling pin
3.
Sprinkle a little dry flour on the cutting board to prevent sticking, roll out to the desired thickness

After rolling it out, fold it back and forth, and sprinkle dry flour between the two layers
5.
Cut to the desired width with a knife
6.
Sprinkle the cut noodles with dry flour and shake open
Tips:
1. If you don't know the amount of water when making noodles, it's best to add less water. Use chopsticks to mix the noodles while adding water, and start to knead the noodles into a relatively dry cotton wool. If there is less water, you can add it. If it is too much, adding flour will make it harder.
2. If you don't eat it immediately when rolling, it is recommended to be thicker and sprinkle more dry flour to prevent sticking together.
