Homemade Oil-free Version of Cola Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, slash, add shredded ginger and cooking wine, marinate for 10 minutes

Heat up a non-stick pan, turn to low heat, put the chicken wings in the pan, fry them, turn them over

Fry until golden on both sides, add shredded ginger, garlic slices, 5ml dark soy sauce, 15ml light soy sauce, stir fry evenly

Pour in 250ml of cola, bring to a boil on high heat, close the lid, and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat

Open the lid, collect the juice over high heat, and serve it out
