Homemade Pizza Sauce
1.
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of corn oil, 150 grams of onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 360 grams of water, 200 grams of tomato sauce, 3 slices of bay leaves, 1.5 teaspoons of pizza, 1 teaspoon of basil, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2.
Onion and garlic are finely chopped separately. Pour oil in a pot, heat it on low heat, add minced onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add tomato paste, pour in water, and stir well.
3.
Add bay leaves, pizza grass, and basil, stir well, cook on low heat until thick, remove bay leaves and use them. Add salt and black pepper while stirring, and cook for a few more minutes. The soup is completely thickened and let cool off the heat. Bottling and storing in refrigeration.
Tips:
The cooking process needs time to stir, so as not to paste the bottom of the pan without pizza and basil.
Ketchup can be made with fresh tomatoes, but it’s best not to use tomato sauce instead
