Homemade Potato Cakes

Three potatoes are peeled, potatoes cut into pieces, and steamed. Use a large spoon to beat the mashed potatoes and add salt and pepper.

Half an onion, two shallots, and three lettuce leaves.

Finely chop onions, shallots, and lettuce.

Add the right amount of flour, and add more flour, otherwise the potato pancakes won't stick, and it will be made into mashed potatoes. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl by hand.

Knead a small amount of dough into small cakes, add a small amount of oil to the pan and heat. Fry on medium heat, constantly adding a small amount of oil.
Tips:
Be sure to add a moderate amount of flour, otherwise the cake won't stick together.
