Homemade Potato Chips
1.
Peel and slice potatoes, the thinner the better. Soak in clean water for 15 minutes to soak out the starch, and then wash it off.
2.
Put the water and salted water in the pot to boil, then boil the potato chips for one minute.
3.
Spread the potato slices one by one on the sieve. There is no sieve at home, so I use the hood I usually cover to dry the moisture of the potatoes. Today I dried it for an hour and a half.
4.
Place the potato chips on the baking tray with tin foil, and brush a thin layer of rapeseed oil evenly.
5.
Bake at 220°C for 40 minutes.
6.
Stir all the spices evenly.
7.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool naturally. Then evenly sprinkle the seasoning powder on it and it will be clean, hygienic and delicious.
