Homemade Salted Duck Eggs

Prepare ingredients: fresh duck eggs, high-quality liquor, salt

After the duck eggs are cleaned, wipe off the moisture on the surface of the duck eggs with a towel

Pour in half a bowl of white wine and soak the duck eggs for about half a minute. You can turn the parts that are not soaked by hand.

After soaking, put it in the salt pile and roll it around so that the salt will cover the duck eggs

Wrap the salt and put it in a food bag. After putting it in order, seal the bag and place it in a dry and ventilated place for about 40 days.

Clean the salted eggs before cooking, put cold water into the pot, boil the water on a low fire, and cook for about 12 minutes. After cooking, cut open and serve.
Tips:
1. Be sure to clean the duck eggs before pickling, and then dry them with a towel to prevent bacteria from invading and deteriorating;
2. Duck eggs are soaked in wine for a while, and oil is easy to get out after marinating;
3. The duck eggs must be evenly coated with salt.
