Homemade Sauerkraut
1.
About 50g or 100g of rice, boil it in a dry pan, add the rice and fry the rice slightly yellow, then add water to boil (the amount of water depends on the amount of the dish) and wait until the rice is cold and warm.
2.
Pour the slightly warm fried rice water into a covered container, pour 1/3 first, and then place the vegetables. The vegetables should be softened with salt, and then a layer of vegetables should be sprinkled with a little salt and compacted, and then the vegetables will be placed in turn. Sprinkle salt, compact, and pour in the remaining rice water after putting the vegetables. No rice is needed, just water.
3.
To prevent the dishes from floating, use heavy objects on top of the dishes, then close the lid, and you can take them out to eat after 15 or 20 days. Fried bacon, fried duck is the best.
