Seeing that everyone was busy making sausages, I was ready to go. I bought a casing at the vegetable market to try it out. I didn't expect it to go so smoothly. I must do more during the holiday.

Homemade Sausage

1. Pork cut into chunks

2. Add black pepper and salt, mix well

3. Wash the casing and put it on the enema

4. Turn the switch and the sausage is ready

5. Just leave it out to dry

Tips:

The technique should be lighter to prevent the sausage from breaking.
